&lt;p>This project investigated whether a social robot can make a structured fall-prevention exercise program more accessible for community-dwelling older adults. The intervention adapted the Otago Exercise Program and walking activities into robot-led sessions intended to support repeated, unsupervised practice outside traditional clinician-led delivery.&lt;/p>
&lt;h2 id="research-focus">Research Focus&lt;/h2>
&lt;p>The pilot examined feasibility, adherence, acceptance of robot-delivered exercise, and early trends in physical and self-reported outcomes. Participants completed robot-led exercise sessions three times per week for four weeks while the study collected measures of balance confidence, falls self-efficacy, physical performance, and attitudes toward the technology.&lt;/p>
&lt;h2 id="contribution">Contribution&lt;/h2>
&lt;p>The study found that participants completed between 7 and 12 sessions, with positive attitudes toward technology and perceived enjoyment remaining favorable. The results also showed promising trends in balance confidence and physical performance while identifying technical constraints that matter when moving robot-supported exercise into everyday settings.&lt;/p>
